Tia Jupp

Hope Island & Oxenford Exercise Physiologist

Tia graduated from Griffith University with a Bachelor’s in Clinical Exercise Physiology and Exercise Science. She has also completed studies in Child Development, Level 1 sport training and Pilates.

Tia has a particular clinical interest with lower back pain, hip and pelvic floor instability, chronic conditions, and workplace injuries. After sustaining injuries during her sporting days on the netball court, Tia has developed a compassion towards clients returning to their day to day lives following injury and doing that in the most effective and maintainable way possible. Tia believes that exercise is medicine, and if it came in pill form, it would be the most prescribed pill on the planet.

Tia has a passion for all things movement and exercise. She appreciates all forms of exercise modalities from Pilates, strength and conditioning, mobility, and hybrid training. With a history in various sports from gymnastics, swimming, dance, netball, and bouldering, it is clear that Tia has no limitations to develop exercise prescriptions designed to challenge you.

Outside of clinic hours, you’ll find Tia out in the surf, creating content in the gym or catching a sunrise during her morning run.
