We completely understand unforeseen circumstances occur. At Gold Coast Super Clinic Physiotherapy we provide premium allied health services. To continue to provide this standard of services, we ask that you provide as much notice as possible when cancelling or rescheduling your appointment. Should you not attend your appointment or fail to provide 24-48 hours notice, you may be charged the following cancellation fee:

 

Psychology Appointments:

If you cancel 48 hours of your appointment, 50% of your total appointment fee will be invoiced. 

If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, 100% of your total appointment fee will be invoiced.

Remaining Services:

If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, 50% of your total appointment fee will be invoiced.

 

 *Please note* payment is strictly at the time of service. Insurance, Workcover and EPC claims are your own personal relationship and responsibility. Full payment for services received is required at the time of treatment and then you are able to liaise with the relevant compensatory body for any rebate of fees to you. Payment can be made by cash, major credit cards or EFTPOS.
