Matt completed his BSc in Sport and Exercise Science at the University of Portsmouth in 2018, and completed his MSc in Physiotherapy at the University of Birmingham in 2021. Matt is an enthusiastic individual, who is passionate about providing individualised evidenced based care to provide optimal outcomes for his clients.
He has a breadth of experience working in the UK National Health Service, UK county level rugby union, and in private practice in Australia. Matt has a passionate interest in all musculoskeletal, sport and orthopaedic injuries and their rehabilitation. Matt has particular interest in shoulder, hip, knee and ankle joint injuries, having worked closely with orthopaedic surgeons in the UK, helping rehabilitate their clients with and without surgical intervention.
Matt is dedicated to his work, partaking in regular professional development activities to strengthen his knowledge, and provide excellent care for his clients. When Matt is not spending time helping his clients achieve their peak rehabilitation potential, he is a keen sportsman, having played rugby union throughout his childhood and education. Matt enjoys keeping fit with a variety of sports, including marathon running, crossfit training and powerlifting. You'll likely find him exploring the local coffee shops in his free time, or running along the coast.
