Fitness & Falls Prevention
Led by our physiotherapists, our Fitness & Falls Prevention sessions are safe, fun and social & are designed to assist in conditions such as arthritis, bone density/osteoporosis, cardiovascular function, balance, mobility, cognitive function and overall wellbeing.
Our Fitness & Falls Prevention sessions are run in large groups. Larger groups provide the opportunity to connect with like-minded people who share similar passions. You'll be able to connect with those who are committed to healthy aging, maintaining independence and enhancing physical well-being.
