Ross Waldock – Director/Senior Physiotherapist

Ross started his career in the Remedial Massage + Rehabilitation fields and then progressed to become a qualified Acupuncturist for a period of 10 years, before completing his Physiotherapy/Exercise Science degrees. Ross has been privileged to work with local, state, National and International sporting sides and has gained experience with Rugby League, Basketball (Brisbane Bullets, Melbourne Tigers/United), Rugby Union (Qld Reds and Australian Wallabies), Australian Swimming + Triathlon and was fortunate to work with the USA Track and Field team before the Sydney Olympics in 2000.

Ross Has worked in Brisbane, Cairns (within a specialised Spinal, TMJ (Jaw) and Headache Physiotherapy Clinic) and has settled on the Gold Coast, opening up Gold Coast Super Clinic Physiotherapy in 2013. Ross is also a level 3 qualified PILATES instructor. These opportunities have exposed him to diverse treatment protocols.

Ross has a strong interest in TMJ (Jaw), shoulder/back (Spinal) and sporting injuries. Ross believes in building a strong relationship with clients and other health professionals and looks forward to working with you to achieve your goals.


Luke Eastwell – Physiotherapist

Luke graduated with a Master of Physiotherapy and Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science from the University of Queensland. His passion for Physiotherapy grew from an extensive sporting background, both coaching and competing at an elite level.

Luke believes in treating the cause of the presenting injury, combining evidence-based practice with personal factors for optimal outcomes. In collaboration with his clients, Luke will guide them toward their personal sporting, health and physical life goals through clinical experience in musculoskeletal, sports and neurological physiotherapy practice, as well as strength and conditioning coaching and Pilates. Between treatments or Pilates classes you may run in to Luke surfing or playing local Rugby.


Brendan Mc Leod – Physiotherapist

Brendan graduated from Griffith University with a Master of Physiotherapy and a Bachelor of Exercise Science. He is very passionate about treating and managing musculoskeletal injuries within all populations using the latest evidencebased practices. He has experience with youth sporting teams while also completing research studies involving osteoporotic rehabilitation in the elderly. His interest in health has led him to completing Pilates workshops and a sports coaching certificate. Brendan also has had experience working with children and managing a range of developmental complications.

Brendan is meticulous about designing individual treatment programs to best support each of his clients around their own interests and helping them strive for healthier and pain free lifestyles. He is charismatic and focussed on building positive working relationships. Brendan is enthusiastic in all aspects of his life and enjoys going to the beach and working out at the gym.


Ashleigh Graves - Physiotherapist

Ashleigh is excited to join the GCSC team this year following the completion of her Bachelor of Physiotherapy (with First Class Honours) from the University of Queensland. During her studies, Ashleigh enjoyed gaining a wealth of experience working with both Junior and Elite sporting teams, including the Brisbane Lions Academy, Mackay QBL Basketball teams and the Queensland Reds 7s Program. This strong interest in sporting injuries and rehabilitation lead her to gain further qualifications as a Strength and Conditioning Coach (ASCA Level 1) and Clinical Pilates instructor.

Ashleigh takes great pleasure in developing meaningful relationships with clients, hearing each person’s unique experiences, and working with other health professionals to gain the best possible outcomes for her patients. She believes in an evidence-based and highly individualised approach to help guide you towards your goals, whether that be moving out of pain, into performance or onto prevention.


Natalie St Clair - Physiotherapist

Natalie graduated from the Australian Catholic University, with highly esteemed marks attained in her Bachelor of Physiotherapy. Natalie is a professional and highly motivated clinician with a passion for helping people with pain and injury and her interests lie within musculoskeletal and sports physiotherapy, as well as rehabilitation and Women’s Health. Accredited in MatWork Pilates allows her to integrate strength, balance and control to assist with client recovery. Natalie believes that a positive lifestyle stems from good health, and is committed in assisting clients in their journey to better health outcomes and wellbeing.

With a patient-centred focus, hands on approach and evidence-based practice, she provides an exceptional level of care for all clients and their conditions.

Natalie is an avid sports fan, and has been a Queensland Basketball player throughout her youth. She is an active part of the community and has been a volunteer lifesaver for many years. In her spare time, Natalie enjoys exploring the great outdoors and keeping fit through the gym and swimming.


Elise Hoyer - Accredited Exercise Physiologist and Credentialed Diabetes Educator

Elise is a dual qualified Accredited Exercise Physiologist and Credentialed Diabetes Educator. She graduated her Bachelor degree from the University of Queensland in 2014. Since graduating, Elise has worked full time for two years in Toowoomba with aged care and disability services and most recently for two years in private practice using her Clinical Pilates qualifications on the Gold Coast. She has gained extensive experience in neurological rehabilitation, musculoskeletal, cardiopulmonary and metabolic populations. Her interest in diabetes encouraged her to complete a Graduate Certificate in Diabetes Education and Management at Southern Cross University in 2016. She has a passion for assisting ladies with gestational diabetes through their pregnancies. Elise loves seeing clients reach their goals through personalised, evidence-based exercise rehabilitation programs. She truly believes that an excellent client-practitioner relationship assists with successful long-term outcomes.


Maryam – Podiatrist

Maryam graduated from the University of Western Australia in 2014 with a Bachelor of Podiatric Medicine and has completed further training in Foot Manipulation and Mobilisation, Dry Needling, Low-Level Laser Therapy and Computerised Gait Analysis. Maryam has developed a particular interest in treating musculoskeletal injuries and childhood walking misalignment issues, however; she has a true passion for all areas of podiatry. Maryam has a genuine passion to help her patients and loves to see the results that can be achieved with the correct treatment, She treats each individual based on their needs and their goals with different methods which suit their lifestyles. She doesn’t believe in “one size fits all”.


Pascale - Remedial Massage Therapist

Pascale, originally from France, arrived in Australia 18 years ago. Pascale worked in hospitality management for a number of years before finally following her dream to work with people on a more personal and holistic level, graduating from the Q academy with a diploma of remedial massage therapy. This has given her the skills and tools she needed to work in an industry she is passionate about, the health and wellness industry. Pascale is passionate about healing the body holistically and believes that the body is the main centre of our wellbeing “touch the body, calm the mind and heal the spirit “. Her mission is to improve the well-being of each client by providing highly individualized treatment tailored to the individual needs. Her sound knowledge of human anatomy and the musculoskeletal system allow her to assist the client in understanding the body’s innate ability to heal itself and to help clients be on their way to better health and mobility.

She has great interest in women health, holistic health and is a nature/animal lover. She is active and well known in her community for a French charisma and her abilities to create fun meaningful relationship. She volunteered with RDA [riding for the disabled association] for a number of years and in her spare time, you can find her walking at the beach, trekking in the mountain, biking in the forest or simply meditating in nature.

Jessica - Dietitian

Jessica graduated with a Bachelor of Nutrition and Dietetics with Honours from Griffith University. Jessica is a member of the Dietitians Association of Australia and is a provisional Accredited Practising Dietitian and Accredited Nutritionist.

Jessica is passionate about providing the best available, evidence-based nutrition advice and works closely with clients to develop personalised nutrition plans to suit their unique lifestyle and goals. Jessica believes in removing the ‘noise’ around nutrition and loves to help her clients build a healthy relationship with food.

Jessica’s professional interests are in the prevention and management of chronic diseases such as diabetes, cardiovascular disease and weight management.


Clint Ford - Director


Maria – Administration Manager

Maria joins Gold Coast Super Clinic Physiotherapy with an extensive medical work history, having worked as a medical receptionist in a bustling GP clinic and as a medical administrator for a Plastic and Reconstructive surgeon. Maria has also worked in a paramedical skin clinic as a PA for a Cosmetic surgeon, and as a medical receptionist for two ENT surgeons and a Neurosurgeon in a specialist clinic located in Brisbane. Maria also has experience as a medical booking officer.

Maria’s main goal is to provide exceptional friendly customer service and to ensure each client leaves our practice smiling.


Megan – Administration Hope Island

Megan, originally from England, has been on the Gold Coast for the last 8 years working mainly in the Hospitality Industry developing her customer service skills. After a temping receptionist role at a Podiatry Clinic, Megan spent 9 months working as a Clinical Administrator at a Specialist Clinic at Pindara Private Hospital.

Megan is looking forward to broadening her medical administrative knowledge and working in an environment where she can continue to provide and develop fantastic customer service skills.

Megan enjoys living an active lifestyle, especially going to the beach.


Elissa – Front Desk/Reception

Elissa has graduated Bachelor of Exercise Science and is currently studying Masters of Physiotherapy at Griffith University. Her passion in this field is driven by seeing individual’s improvement and recovery. Her current interests include musculoskeletal, orthopaedics and neurological physiotherapy practice. She is hoping to graduate by the end of 2019 and become an inspiring physiotherapist just like the team at this clinic.


Jordan – Front Desk/Reception

Jordan is currently in his first year at Bond University, undertaking a double degree in Sport/ Exercise Science and Physiotherapy. His recent graduation from school has been reignited by his direct entry into tertiary studies. His passion is driven primarily for his excellence in science, as well as a strong desire to be involved in a Football setting; whether it be playing professionally and treating athletes. His interests within the physiotherapy field, stem to the avenues of Neurological, Cardiorespiratory and Sports Physiotherapy.

His interests have led him to partake in a number of courses and volunteer for work experience across a variety of locations. He is hopeful of graduating in 2022, whereby he seeks to become a young, inspiring and guiding physiotherapist.
